Education Network Australia (EdNA) You are now leaving the DEST Corporate Site
A network of Australian educational resources, EdNA houses and links to thousands of resources in Australia and overseas, fosters collaboration and communication amongst and between the education sectors through communication links and information sharing, and plays an essential role in progressing IT in education and training in Australia.

International Education
International education programmes and services offered by DEST, including AEI, CRICOS, awards and exchanges, ESOS information and UMAP.

Partnership Outreach Education Model (POEM) Pilots
The Commonwealth has made available $4m over 2002 and 2003 to fund 21 POEM pilot projects nationally. Partnerships and positive relationships between young people and their families and communities, community service agencies, schools, governments at all levels and business underpin all POEM projects.

Review of Teaching and Teacher Education
A
Teacher Review is being conducted with a particular emphasis on the fields of science, technology and mathematics, in order to identify the skills and support needed by teachers to build a culture of continuous innovation in Australia’s schools.
