Australian-American Educational Foundation (Fulbright Exchange Programme)

For senior academics or professionals with established reputations in their respective fields who wish to carry out research or lecture in Australia. Senior scholars must spend a minimum of four months and a maximum of six months in Australia.

Benefits

A travel entitlement, a monthly stipend for a maximum of six months, an establishment allowance, travel assistance to visit other universities in addition to the host institution and additional benefits for one dependant.

Eligibility

Applicants must be citizens of the United States. Persons holding dual United States/Australian citizenship are ineligible for an award. Applicants must be of sound physical and mental health. The Australian-American Educational Foundation will provide details of other conditions that may apply.

Number available

Up to five awards each year.
