Training in English as a second languageThis publication presents results from a longitudinal survey of participants in the English as a Second Language (ESL) component of the Special Intervention Program (SIP). The ESL component of SIP aimed to provide English language training to clients for whom English was a second language and who were unable to access or fully benefit from employment and training positions due to inadequate English language skills.
