DETYA Certified Agreement

14.3 Components of the Performance Management System

14.3.1 Components

14.3.1.1 The integrated DETYA Performance Management System comprises:

(a) People Development; 

(b) Performance Assessment; 

(c) Pay Progression Based on Performance; and

(d) Managing Under Performance.

14.3.2 Completion of Agreed Performance Statements and Career Development Agreements

14.3.2.1 Agreed Performance Statements and Career Development Agreements must be in place and signed by the manager/supervisor and the employee. This is to occur by 31 August of each annual performance assessment cycle.

14.3.2.2 Those employees who commence with DETYA or change jobs within DETYA during the performance cycle, must have their new Agreed Performance Statement and Career Development Agreement signed within 28 days of their commencement date.

14.3.2.3 The manager/supervisor and employee must provide a written confirmation to the Director of Personnel that the requirements in the preceding clauses have been met.
