Interpretive Frameworks

While gathering reliable and comprehensive data on gender is a critical stage in ascertaining a school's gender equity needs, what sense is made of that data is equally important. This section looks at how teachers in this study have gone about making sense of their data. In doing so it presents a number of interpretive frameworks and shows the reflective processes many teachers went through as they pondered on their data.
