Capital Matters: an evaluation of
the Commonwealth’s Capital Grants Programme for schools
The overall objective of the
evaluation was to examine whether the CGP has been effective in
addressing the Government's objectives and thereby improving the
capital infrastructure of Australian schools, particularly those
catering for educationally disadvantaged students. The Report is
based on information from the Department's own sources as well as
work undertaken on specific topics by two consultants.
