The Career, Course and
Guidance Information Services (CCGIS) is part of the Open Access Support Centre, a unit
within the Queensland state Department of Education. The site provides a statewide
information and curriculum support service to guidance officers, counsellors, teachers and
other professional staff based in schools and other education service locations in
Queensland. We provide a range of services and resources
related to:
- school guidance and counselling issues and practices in the areas of
educational, personal and career counselling;
- career education, human relationships and lifeskills curricula;
- behaviour management programs and supportive school environments;
- psychoeducational assessment;
- interstate and overseas secondary education systems.

the understanding of the labour market for those seeking jobs in Australia, particularly
migrants.

| OZJAC OZJAC
is an easy-to-use computer program that can help young people and adults find the answers
to their job, course and career questions. It brings together information on all
accredited courses in Australia, links courses to jobs, and jobs to industry, with
explanations of new concepts used in education, training and the labour market.

Skills Forum The Dusseldorp Skills Forum is
an independent, non profit association with a charter to stimulate innovative educational
developments, to focus upon the importance of the workforce in the continuing development
of Australia, and to reach out to the wider community to promote the formation of skills
and personal effectiveness, particularly in young people. The Forum was established in
1988 on the retirement of Mr G J Dusseldorp, founder of the Lend Lease Group of Companies.
