DEEWR Western Australia has its main office in Perth and ICCs in  Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, South Hedland, Broome and Kununurra.

The Western Australian State and District Offices manage a range of services and service delivery contracts on behalf of the Department. The main services are:

• the Indigenous Education Programme, including the Indigenous Education Strategic Initiatives Programme [IESIP] and the Indigenous Education Direct Assistance programme [IEDA];
• New Apprenticeship Support Services [NASS];
• vocational education and training programmes, including Youth Pathways Programme [YPP], Language, Literacy and Numeracy Programme [LLNP]  and Workplace English Language and Literacy [WELL]; and
• pilots projects under the Career and Transition [CATs] and Partnership Outreach Education Model [POEMs] initiatives.

The Western Australian State and District Offices also deliver a range of youth services under a national Memorandum of Understanding between the Department and the Commonwealth Department of Family and Community Services.
