Australian law schools after the 1987 Pearce Report [EIP 94/229]

This report looks into the impact of the Pearce Report on facilities and schools of law.

Abstract The report considers the 48 recommendations of the report in light of the changes in legal education since the report. It analyses the faculty and institutional responses in 1988 to study the initial impact. It investigates the current law schools on change implemented and documents the changes, trends and the current situation at the national level.  This research was funded under the Evaluations and Investigations Programme (EIP).
