Towards the Connected Learning Society: an international overview in policy for information and communication technology in education

This report looks at policies for information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and training in ten countries across Europe, North America, Oceania, and Asia and is a component in a project undertaken for the Australian Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST). It is a companion report to "The Enabling Pillars", which covers Australian developments.
