National and international linkages: background paper of Mapping Australian Science and Innovation
This paper describes and assesses the national linkages in Australia's science and innovation systems, as well as international linkages between Australian researchers and organisations and the global innovation system. The focus is on developing a framework for mapping Australia's linkages in the context of globalisation.
