The Schools Assistance (Learning Together – Achievement Through Choice and Opportunity) Regulations 2005 were made by the Governor-General on 18 August 2005.
These regulations specify performance targets and performance measures; requirements related to student reports; requirements for performance information and the requirements for publication of school performance information in accordance with the relevant sections of the Schools Assistance (Learning Together – Achievement Through Choice and Opportunity) Act 2004.”
