This document addresses the challenge to sustain and grow Australia's promising small to medium enterprises (SMEs), and to see them develop into larger, successful exporting businesses. It was presented at the Prime Minister's Science, Engineering and Innovation Council (PMSEIC) at the 13th meeting - 11th March 2005.
