ANTA/AVCC draft policy guidelines on cross-sector qualification linkages [an ANTA publication]
The Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) is seeking to reach agreement with the Australian Vice-Chancellors’ Committee (AVCC) on joint guidelines for qualification linkages between vocational education and training (VET) and higher education. This is the abridged report - the full report was published in March 1992. It contains recommendations to develop national competency standards in relation to the Australian Standards Framework - in particular the training of teachers and trainers in the delivery and assessment of these competencies.

This is the full report is by the Employment and Skills Formation Council - an abridged version was published in July 1992.  It details a new integrated entry level training system, financial requirements (for this implementation) and the convergence of work and learning in vocational education.
