The responsibilities and functions of the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) have been transferred to the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST).

Information previously located on the ANTA website is now located on the DEST website.

Australian Apprenticeships

The provision of education and training services to overseas students in Australia is regulated by the Department of Education, Science and  Training through the Education Services for Overseas Students Act (ESOS) and associated legislation.

The Industry Training Strategies Programme funds projects that help employers to more fully understand nationally endorsed training packages. It has a particular emphasis on increasing pathways for Australian Apprentices. 
EdNA Online supports and promotes the benefits of the internet for learning, education and training in Australia. It is organised around Australian curriculum, its tools are free to Australian educators, and it is funded by the bodies responsible for education provision in Australia - all Australian governments.
