Board accepts CEO resignation
2 August 2004
The Board of the Australian National Training Authority has accepted with regret the resignation of chief executive officer Janina Gawler.
Chairman David Hind thanked Ms Gawler for the energy and commitment she had given to her position and wished her well in her future work.
“Ms Gawler has guided ANTA through a period of significant change and achievement over the past year with the authority achieving some significant outcomes, including the well-received High Level Review of Training Packages and the establishment of the national industry skills councils,” he said.
“Given Ms Gawler’s diverse work experiences, I know she will contribute greatly to whatever role she takes in the future.”
