If an RTO also employs Apprentices and Trainees it will also have to comply with the requirements of hiring Australian Apprentices. These requirements are separate to the reporting requirements for RTOs. Work recently undertaken will improve the similarities in the 'Contract of Training' used in each State and Territory to report on Australian Apprentices.
