- The project examined the extent of unmet demand for Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T) courses in the tertiary sector;
- how tertiary education institutions identify and plan for areas of emerging skill needs;
- and the types of relations developed between tertiary education institutions and industry to ensure that industry skill needs are well understood and met.
