Partners in a Learning Culture: a blueprint for implementing the national strategy for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in vocational education & training from 2000 until 2005 [an ANTA publication]

This blueprint has been developed to support 'Partners in a Learning Culture', the first national strategy for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in vocational education and training (VET). It shows how, through positive collaborative action, a real difference for Indigenous Australians can be achieved.
