High level review of Training Packages: phase 1 report: an analysis of the current and future context in which Training Packages will need to operate [an ANTA publication]
This report reviews recent Australian and overseas research into new and emerging issues that may affect the current and future operation of Training Packages. The research report outlines a number of issues that can inform decisions regarding the future of Training Packages in the context of changes to work and work organisation together with new ideas concerning knowledge, skill and learning.
