Transport and Logistics Industry Skills Council: industry skills report [an ANTA publication]
The report articulates the requirements for this transition and in particular has highlighted areas where additional emphasis on skill development will be required, including: skills for new technologies specific to the industry; the integration of skills across the transport and logistic sectors; management skills at all levels; customer service and relationship management skills; and the development of higher order thinking skills.
