This publication, seeks to assist Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and auditors to provide quality services to all learners, and meet their obligations under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). It is one of three products that have been produced to assist registered training organisations and auditors to provide quality services to all learners, and to meet access and equity obligations under the AQTF.
