Working with diversity: quality training for Indigenous Australians [an ANTA publication]

This document is designed to help the practitioner, contribute to better outcomes for Indigenous Australians from nationally-recognised training. It is one of three products that have been produced to assist Registered Training Organisatons (RTOs) and auditors provide quality services to learners, and meet access and equity obligations under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). It outlines some of the key issues to consider when working with different client groups and explains such concepts as equity, diversity, cultural appropriateness and reasonable adjustment.
