PDF tips

If you have Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer and encounter problems in opening one of our PDF files, try clicking your right mouse button over the link and select either 'save target as' (PC) or 'save file as' (MAC) and save a copy of the PDF onto your computer (noting where you saved it). Then you should be able to open or print the PDF directly from where it was saved onto your computer.

Note that some printers have trouble printing large reports at once. If you encounter this problem, we recommend that you select to print only a range of pages at a time.

For more information on resolving technical problems with printing PDF files we recommend you visit the Adobe website. Tools to help make PDF files accessible to the vision impaired are also available from Adobe at http://access.adobe.com/You are now leaving the DEST website
